3. Payment Processing — PayMob

W Mart uses PayMob as its authorized payment gateway for electronic transactions.

• Your card details are entered directly on PayMob's PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted platform.
• W Mart does not store, process, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or PIN.
• W Mart only receives a confirmation of successful or failed transactions.

Eligible for Return / Refund

• Damaged or Defective Products: Report within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. Full refund or free replacement.
• Wrong Item Received: Immediate replacement at no cost.
• Expired Products: Full refund or immediate replacement.
• Electrical Appliances & Mobile Accessories: Within 48 hours if defective, in original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return

• Fresh products (vegetables, fruits, meat) after 24 hours of delivery.
• Opened or partially used products.
• Personal hygiene products once opened.
• Correctly delivered orders that match the original request.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Methods

• Cash on Delivery: Cash refunded upon next delivery.

Delivery Fees & Cancellation

• Fees are set by InstaShop or Talabat and shown before checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to Egyptian court jurisdiction.
